After a very emotional “loss” of his wife, Marge Scott in March of 2019, our father, Richard Smelser passed away August 28th, 2019 from a brain hemmorage. He didn’t suffer and passed away very quickly. He left behind a legacy with his boys as well as his ex students from many, many years of teaching.
